The R&I Technician supports the repair process by safely removing and reinstalling vehicle components required for collision repairs and refinishing.
The Paint & Body Technician performs structural and cosmetic hail damage repairs, restoring damaged vehicles using established repair procedures and refinishing techniques.
As a PDR Technician, you will be responsible for repairing minor dents and hail damage without repainting, helping restore vehicles while preserving original factory finishes.
Insurance
The Claims Writer prepares repair estimates and documentation for hail damage repairs, serving as a key liaison between the shop, customers, and insurance carriers.
Management
A hail damage repair shop manager leads daily shop operations, supports technicians, and works with insurance partners to ensure efficient, high-quality hail repairs. They help customers navigate inspections, repairs, and claims while keeping the shop running smoothly.
