Services

Total Hail Solutions provides automotive hail damage repair services, primarily using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Our services may include vehicle inspections, hail damage documentation, insurance claim coordination, and repair execution. Some interactions may occur online or by phone, but all repair services are performed in person at our facilities.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments for inspections and repair drop-off may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. Appointment availability is subject to change based on weather events, storm-surge volume, insurance processing timelines, or operational capacity. Total Hail Solutions reserves the right to reschedule or adjust appointments as needed and will communicate changes promptly.

Repair timelines provided during scheduling or after inspection are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual completion times may vary depending on damage severity, parts or tool availability, insurance adjuster response times, and current repair volume.

Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Payments may be collected in person at the time of service or remotely via phone or online link as coordinated with our team.

Total Hail Solutions does not store credit card numbers or payment card information. All payment data is handled by the third-party processor in accordance with their own security and privacy practices.

Communications & Consent

By submitting your contact information through our website, forms, or during in-person interactions, you consent to receive communications from Total Hail Solutions via SMS/text message, email, phone calls, and automated messaging. These communications may include appointment confirmations, service updates, claim coordination, and promotional messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on service activity. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email communications by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of promotional messages does not affect service-related communications tied to active repairs or appointments.

Warranty & Repairs

Repairs performed by Total Hail Solutions may be covered by a warranty as communicated at the time of service or outlined in a separate warranty document. Warranty terms, duration, and conditions are specific to the repair performed. Warranty coverage does not extend to pre-existing damage, damage unrelated to the original hail repair, damage caused by subsequent weather events, accidents, or vehicle misuse, and normal wear and aging of vehicle surfaces.

Limitation of Liability

Total Hail Solutions is not liable for delays, costs, or outcomes caused by factors outside our direct control, including but not limited to:

Delays or decisions made by insurance providers, adjusters, or third parties
Additional weather events, acts of nature, or force majeure occurrences
Undisclosed or pre-existing vehicle damage not documented prior to repair

Total Hail Solutions does not guarantee insurance claim outcomes, coverage amounts, deductible applicability, or rate impacts. Information provided on this website or during consultations is for general guidance only and does not constitute insurance, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
